Scan the Night SkynnThe Planets are displayed on the screen as "*". The location, Intensity, and Time Lines will be displayed at random. Tap on a Planet to see its Name and its Time Line. Tap "Reset" and the Planets will be re-randomized.nnTap "Detail" and the details about that Planets will be displayed in a WikiPedia web-page, where you can dig even deeper into the planets specifications. This app shows why it is so difficult to find Intelligent Life on another planet. It displays Earths timeline and when Intelligent Life is here. It then displays the 10 closest planets to us that have Intelligent Life on them at some time during their planets lifetime.
It is very rare that any of them overlap time when we have Intelligent Life on Earth. Every time you change the orientation of your iPhone or iPad it re-rendomizes the timelines of the 10 closest planets.
